Steven has a deep enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their initiatives by leading, positioning, and managing the delivery of SaaS platforms and professional services to maximize value and deliver results. He is Crowdbotics’ Vice President of Delivery and Customer Success, leading teams across all business segments for both platform and appdev services. Previously, Steven was VP of Customer Success at Gigster, where he established and managed a global talent network and the deployment of globally distributed groups that built first-of-its-kind solutions. Prior to Gigster, Steven spent nine years at CA Technologies, advising C-level executives and directing market-leading solutions. He has a degree in Computer Science from SUNY Oneonta.
