Raluca Marrin

Raluca Marrin is a seasoned human resources professional with twenty years of experience in the field, and is the Vice President of People Operations at Crowdbotics.  Raluca has built and led the people function while supporting companies through explosive growth, developing the HR infrastructure from start-up to acquisition and beyond.  Most recently, Raluca served as the VP of People Operations at Routable, a fully remote, global, FinTech startup. Before that, Raluca held the role of Chief People Officer at Apex Clearing, a FinTech firm, and the Chief People Officer role at Spark Networks.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Studies from California State University.
